The atmosphere at this place was really pleasant, and the location was perfect for exploring the island with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room, which came with a nice refrigerator and two clean towels every day. The roof deck was wonderful for a morning stretch and offered lovely views. It felt safe, especially as a solo traveler.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available on the top level. A fridge and a microwave oven were provided if needed❤

The location is a stone's throw from the beach and a quiet spot away from the hustle. Rooms on the second floor provide a bright atmosphere, with efficient air conditioning and reliable hot water available for showers.

Communication could use some work, especially after hours-questions went unanswered or were met with irritation. The bathroom had a broken shower cover that left water pooling onto the floor, and luggage storage options were limited to the hallway-a basic inconvenience. The overall feel of the place leans toward a dated atmosphere, with noticeable wear and tear throughout.

It was my second time in isla mujeres, and this hotel really was great with its beautiful courtyard and cute vibe. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the air conditioning worked perfectly for those hot days.

I loved the gorgeous courtyard filled with lush palms and vibrant flowers that welcomed me every day. The rooftop terrace was perfect for sunrise yoga with a amazing view of the ocean. Enjoying the sound of live music organized by the owner while sipping on purified water reminded me of a dream come true!
